Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your shipping box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the instrument and confirm its condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
